Community Health
Planning

The Center for Resource
Planning and Management has recently been involved in community health
planning for several Missouri Counties. The health planning activities
were part of a state mandated strategic planning process mandated my the
Missouri Department of Health. The community health assessments for the
following counties included demographic and socio-economic information,
an analysis of health status and resources, and an analysis of random
surveys of the county population concerning health issues. The counties
that the CRPM performed community health assessments include:
