Office Location and Resources

The CRPM's offices are located at 110-111 Park Central Square, in downtown Springfield. The CRPM uses specialized transoportation software and houses specialized cartography equipment. The cartography lab is equipped with microcomputers, graphics terminals, digitizing tablet and a new color plotter for both small and large size color map production. ARC/INFO geographic information systems software is used for computerized mapping. The CRPM's cartography lab is also linked to the Department's cartography lab in Kemper Hall on the main campus and has on-line access to the University's central computing facilities.

As the administratiave agent of the Southwest Missouri Coucil of Governments, the CRPM qualifies for state and regional census information from the Missouri State Library Census Data Center.
